We accept all major health insurance plans and most small insurance companies. If you don't see your insurance listed, please feel free to call and ask. Below is a list of the insurances we accept. Please present your insurance card at the time of each check-in. Our front desk staff will collect the co-pay, if applicable, at that time. We accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

It is your responsibility to understand how the benefits of your insurance plan apply to your child's visit. Your plan has provided you with an information booklet and/or 1-800 number for your questions. After your insurance has paid its share, the guarantor for the patient's account will be billed. Prompt payment within 30 days is expected.
